5I am Meenaakshi, a certified yoga practitioner who has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Bodhi School of Yoga. My journey into yoga began as a personal exploration of wellness and balance, and it gradually grew into a deep passion for mindful living. Through my training, I have developed a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga fundamentals, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. I truly believe that yoga is not just a physical practice but a path to inner peace, self-awareness, and holistic well-being.
