1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 User-initiated cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription, coaching plan, or booked session at any time through the Unlimitr platform.
Cancellation requests must be made via the app, website, or by contacting our support team.
1.2 Session-based cancellation
Before session start: Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. (If your booking shows a different window, that window applies.)
Late cancellation / no-show: Cancellations made after the allowed window or missed sessions may be marked as consumed and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
1.3 Subscription cancellation
Subscription cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active subscription period unless otherwise specified.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Service not delivered due to technical issues from Unlimitr’s end
- Cancellation within the eligible refund window (if applicable to the plan)
- Exceptional cases evaluated at the sole discretion of Unlimitr
2.2 Non-refundable cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service activation
- Partial usage of a plan or completed sessions
- Missed sessions due to user unavailability
- Failure to follow program guidelines or coach recommendations
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Modification & Rescheduling
Users may reschedule sessions within the allowed timeframe via the platform.
Unlimitr reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to coach availability or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the user.
5. Termination by Unlimitr
Unlimitr reserves the right to suspend or terminate services:
- In case of violation of terms and conditions
- Misuse of the platform or abusive behavior toward coaches
- Any fraudulent activity
In such cases, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
