Members can join any live session as per their schedule and enjoy HD-quality streaming. Please note that session recordings and priority support are not included in this plan.

Your plan remains active for the duration selected at the time of purchase. The validity begins from the date of successful payment and continues until the end of the chosen subscription period.

Yes. This plan provides access to all available fitness categories on the platform. You are free to explore and join different types of sessions based on your goals and preferences during your active plan period.

If you miss a live session, you can simply join the next available session that fits your schedule. Since the plan offers unlimited live access, there is no penalty for missing a class.

Plans are generally non-refundable once activated. However, you may cancel your subscription anytime, and your access will remain valid until the end of your current subscription period. For any exceptional billing concerns, our support team will review the request in accordance with our policy.

The payment structure depends on the plan selected. If it is a one-time subscription, no automatic renewal will occur. If auto-renewal applies, it will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. We maintain full transparency regarding billing terms.
