4With 20+ years of corporate experience as Senior Management Team, my path took me to be a Certified Yoga Teacher (200 Hours, The Yoga Institute – Goa), with a strong grounding in Ayurveda, Panchkarma, and applied Psychology. Over the past few years, I’ve facilitated numerous wellness and emotional well-being sessions, blending traditional yogic science with modern psychological understanding to help people restore balance, focus, and emotional resilience. My approach is rooted in simplicity and self-awareness — integrating yoga, Ayurveda-inspired lifestyle guidance, mindfulness, and nature-based experiences for holistic healing. Outside the studio, I’m an avid trekker with 15 years of mountain experience, having completed the Everest Base Camp Trek (2023) and the Chadar Frozen River Trek in Ladakh (2020). These journeys reflect my belief that true wellness is cultivated through connection — with nature, movement, and the inner self.
